A1: We operate in the New York Tri-State area, especially in the greater New York area.
Q2: Are you able to provide 24 hours service?
A2: Yes, but on special agreement and service charges.
Q3: Can you provide Help Desk Support on Site?
A3: Yes, we can provide helpdesk Support on site.
Q4: Can you provide Remote Support?
A4: Yes, we can provide Remote Support, including 24hrs.
Q5: Do you provide Apple Computer Support?
A5: Yes, but only for some specific equipment. Please call us to clarify the scope.
Q6: What type of Service Contracts you provide?
A6: We have three types of Service Contracts:
a) Time and Material Basis (relevant rates apply)
b) Block-of-Hours purchased in advance (special rates apply)
c) Monthly Fixed Payment (special rates only after preliminary 1 or 2 month assessment)
Q7: Are all types of support covered are the same rate?
A7: No, different support types have different rates
(ex. PC Support, Network Support, Security Support etc.)
Q8: Do all Support Contracts include on-site support?
A8: No, Remote Support Only contracts DO NOT have onsite support (but can be add at an extra).
Q9: What types of supports are provided under pre-paid ‘Block-of-Hours’ support and the Monthly Fixed Payment
A9: Initial Support is Remote Support, failing which on-site support is provided.
Q10: Do you provide Cloud Computing Services?
A10: Yes, we can provide Cloud Servers, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Cloud Storage and Backup, Disaster
Recovery (DR) and other Services.
Q11: Do you provide Hosted Software as a Service (SaaS)?
A11: Yes, and suggest you confirm with us the specific Software or Application you are looking to Virtualize.
